Suggestions for improvement
- you are making $$$$ hand over fist but don't pay your managers for their efforts. It's pathetic to say the least. It's insulting upper management thinks they can hide behind a 3rd party survey to deny pay raises.

What I dislike about the company
pay raises for non-hourly employees. they say an independent 3rd party surveys are used for establishing pay raises. That's nothing but BS. Looking at federal, state and employment annual wage guides, it's easy to see pay raises are due. But not at Netflix; I would suggest hub managers find a UNION to represent them. At least an annual Cost-of-Living increase would be out there by contract.
