It really all depends on the manager you have. Overall it's okay, but the attendance policy is ridiculous
Suggestions for improvement
- If the company would just treat the employees like we matter and like they actually cared about us I think it would really create an environment that people would want to go to. Also I think of management use common sense on some issues it would make for a much more positive work environment. The human resource department is really lazy.
What I like about the company
The culture is really laid-back. The job is a customer service representative is extremely easy. The pay is really fair for the job that I do. The health benefits are amazing. Work-life balance is really good. There's no dress code and they really encourage individuality. Some of the managers are truly amazing.
What I dislike about the company
The attendance policy is unreasonable. A lot of people get fired because of the unreasonable attendance policy. The company claims not to be about numbers, but that's far from the truth. Since the company has over 104 million clients, the calls never stop. The managers aren't realistic about us needing a break or a breather between calls. Some of the managers aren't so good and there's a lot of favoritism
