Execs get great perks, but the production staff don't get any of them and do most of the hard work.

Suggestions for improvement
- The nice benefits the execs get should be extended to crew (good health insurance, better lunches, child care, vacation time). And they need to pay at least what cable channels pay.
What I like about the company
They give their creators a lot of creative freedom.
What I dislike about the company
It's very competitive, gossipy, and cutthroat.
