Suggestions for improvement
- Follow the law and hire more white people
The culture is really laid-back. The job is a customer service representative is extremely easy. The pay is really fair for the job that I do. The health benefits are amazing. Work-life balance is really good. There's no dress code and they really encourage individuality. Some of the managers are truly amazing.
It's a great place to work. They encourage you to be your best self and give you the tools to do that. They place a heavy emphasis on the company values. Which right on point in regards to what a company should be on concerned with.
Because of the high standards and their desire to be the very best in all that they do. I have never felt safe that I'd keep my job for any extended period of time.
