Working conditions / facilities are fine. Lack of training of associates is part of the problem

Suggestions for improvement
- Sell it already and get an entirely new Mgmt team. It cannot be much worse. Maybe the new owners will do more than give 'lip service' to trying to make things better.
I like about the employer
Before the 'new' Mgmt team, at least you could say the company cared about their clients and that the Netsmart team knew the industry they were serving.
