Again...it was all about the sales. If you were in a tech support role for their hosting products...you could be the best and brightest tech, but if you weren't selling you'd get fired.
Support from Management
When I was there, it was all about the sales. Those who had high sales, got more support than those who struggled.
Employees worked well together in a team environment.
