there was no teamwork. everyone is responsible for their own work. Asking for help is viewed as a negative on your work capabilities. there is also no teamwork communication, and absolutely no training.
The supervisor that hired was very nice and was willing to work with me as far as allowing me to come in a little late since I was taking my kids to school. However, after he was fired, our arragment became null and void. So my coming in late became a problem for them even though it was family related. I never understood that seeing as how 25% of the employees all came in at various times. I originally thought it was a flex time. It wasn't until after I was let go that I was told flextime was not available.
