There is a complete lack of trust between line staff and management due to some unethical termination of our coworkers and blaming of employees.
Support from management
In the B2H program most times staff are blamed when visits with clients are not completed. However the program is voluntary and families at times decline service. Additionally in my 3 years working there I have seen first hand where employees have been terminated in unethical ways. It does not lend for an environment of individuality and being outspoken.
Supervisors are not supportive and this cause high turn over

The work load was fear except when they are short staff they give you excess work that is impossible to do in work schedule.

The workload prevents taking opportunity of any personal and professional development
Overall compensation for your work
Salaries are 5,000 less than other agencies for same job.
Office / Work Environment
Staff was forced to work late into the night in homes that were seen as dangerous due to fear of termination for not completing visits. I have worked as late as 10pm for a job that says 9-5
