Suggestions for improvement
- Do more to integrate your new acquisitions. Stop talking in acronyms and rah rah sports jargon and start speaking like adults. Start treating your support departments with respect. Stop focusing on "big logo" companies that add to your prestige but end up a net loss for the company.
I like about the employer
Prior to being acquired by Merkle, New Control was a constantly growing company. It wasn't without it's problems, but there was good energy and very talented people.
