severe lack of communication between upper management and case workers/managers

for the most part, local management is very supportive and available to provide feedback as needed.
no interaction between employees other than twice monthly team meetings where you see your other co-workers for 1 hour during a "training session".
zero communication. changes are enacted then sent out via e-mail afterwards

total lack of employee acknowledgement.
no real trainings prior to starting, you're given minimal information about your clients then told to counsel them.
Overall compensation for your work
poor salary. you are paid in clinical hours only( i.e., time spent face to face with clients) however are responsible for case coordination and other administrative tasks that are mandatory job requirements but you don't get paid for them. also no leave, no pto, and no medical benefits, no gas/mileage reimbursements for using your personal vehicle and no reimbursements for mandatory medical trainings

most of your work(90%) is done on your personal time and without pay.

no most current and former employees speak poorly of the company due to lack of compensation and support
