Suggestions for improvement
- Isolate HR from the rest of management so that actually listens to people and investigates problems, or establish an independent office with the authority to investigate without interference, and reports only to the CEO.
I dislike about the employer
Higher levels of company don't follow the rules for the rest of the company - rampant nepotism. Complaints about the actions of one are ignored or even turned against the one who makes the complaint. Company doesn't care about rank and file workers, they can always be replaced. Pay scale is low.
