Supervisor did not have her employees best interest. She was sneaky and deceiving.
Yes, basic training was provided to meet their standard. However, when additional training was requested to ensure staff and consumer training, if was often declined.
Suggestions for improvement
- Merit based raises, increase in staffing, fairness amoung staff.
I like about the employer
Although the company was big on advertising diversity, there was a definite discrimination against older staff and of race.
