The practice manager gossips and stirs up problems between the staff. She also doesn't address conflicts between the staff members and continues to allow them to work in a hostile environment. The practice manager doesn't take ownership for her wrong doings and prefers to blame others. If the practice is short staffed, the practice manager wouldn't help the front desk answer phones. She'll stay in her office while everyone is stressed and over worked. There's another office in Cliffside park and she doesn't bother visiting that office on a frequent basis to see if any changes need to be made. The staff is not happy with her work performance and it's affecting the practice. Other staff members have quit because of the lack of leadership.
The practice manager doesn't help the front desk when we're short staffed and she fails to inform the staff of new information.
