The company does not value it's people even though they say people are a top priority. Actions are in direct conflict with goals and language used to describe the mission and values, making it a culture of hypocracy.

Support from Management

Executive team needs to take the courses designed for participants to understand what true leadership looks like. All managers need training to properly support and build capacity in staff and most especially to learn how to deal with difficult conversations and honest feedback.
