Immediate office atmosphere is good- 10 employees who are personable and caring. However, the overall hospital management has a proven history of not listening employees or empowering leadership- there are entrenchments in some areas where individuals in leadership should be let go and a serious need for better overall improved connection and communication. My ratings reflect the smaller community of Pediatrics....as an office we had our conflicts but overall I worked with amazing, wonderful people.
Suggestions for improvement
- Remove entrenched leadership that reflect poor management. Listen to employees and take action with patterns of complaint. Make sure financial compensation is fair and valuing to employees.
