Suggestions for improvement
- I can't think top of my head.
The employees that have been employed for years is very supportive to new hire.
The company do not offer any benefits to their paraprofessionals. They ask for the para to act as a substitute teacher with out pay. Leaving students alone with a non certificate staff. Hiring employees that can not write or speak English.
They hire substitutes for long term with minimal pay to work with students with behavioral issues; promising the following year that he or she would hire for another position once the school year come around. The HR department tell hired employee that hours are not available and they have to take lower pay.
