Huge gap in communication between Directors and Employees

Not willing to compete with the REAL Market. False reads of what true value is.
Image reflects reality. GM does not speak to employees as if they do not exists, but want you to join functions at his house.
Told me my job was no longer needed the day of, and offered me the chance to grow into a new position that was becoming available.
Inclusive / Diverse
Only person of distinct color in the company for a while. As one came, the other left. No culture diversity awareness nor support for it
Suggestions for improvement
- Learn to become open-minded to others who have world wide knowledge and experience. Look to those with more than a title for assistance. Take anonymous questionnaires about improvement and give others a voice in the company, and actually value their opinion over your ego.
What I like about the company
Gave me a chance to grow in my field
What I dislike about the company
Told me they would not be able to set goals that were attainable to my reality. No internal communication and no company cohesion. GM is arrogant and lacks common respect for others. Office admin is about the same as the GM. Most people stay their due to ignorance of other availability with true growth and potential.
