The only successful thing the university does is push diversity
Suggestions for improvement
- Offer sufficient incentives to motivate faculty and staff. The climate is extremely negative, every employee that I speak to is seeking to leave the organization.
I like about the employer
campus closed between Christmas and New Year holidays.
I dislike about the employer
passive aggressive, unhelpful staff with substandard professional practices; secretive, dishonest, unethical middle leadership and "professional" employees. Professors and leadership ( or those who are paid well)treat non-tenured professors and employees as second class citizens. Lower level staff are frequently abused.
