Support from Management
Goals are not always clearly set and higher ups are not as supportive as they can be.
Morale is low because administration is too worried about data.
Suggestions for improvement
- Administration should recognize accomplishments of all employees, not just a select few, because all employees work hard each and every day. Let teachers have more flexibility in what they do to make the curriculum more engaging for the students.
