I like about the employer
New York Life is a solid company with a clearly defined training program for new agents.
I dislike about the employer
Selling life insurance is not for the faint of heart. You need to provide for yourself financially because pay is entirely on commission and all expenses involved with building your business are yours to finance. There is a lot of pressure to succeed and most find they cannot continue once their personal funds run out.
