Suggestions for improvement
- Shut up if you don't know anything
The company is financially strong and always keeps Their employees engaged as a whole with how the company is succeeding and changing.
Everyone there was really nice and friendly.
Management is very supportive when first starting but the sales goals they expect are fairly unrealistic unless you have a large person network you are willing to push products on since only agents that have been with the company for several years get any referals to clients from the managers.
Agents are mostly on their own, colleagues are helpful but commission based sales doesn't really encourage spending your time helping colleagues other than just sharing some sales tips.
