This office is all about micro management to the max. They tell you over and over how much they care about you. They claim they provide the most support of any competitor, but constantly leave you in the dark. As if selling life insurance isn't hard enough. No one wants to speak about their own mortality and how it affects the closest to them. But when an agent loses someone from their family you're told to suck it up and use the emotion to sell more.
Support from management
Support? Expect a minimum 3 day delay for any support.
Its cut throat and every person for themselves. Experienced agents take advantage of the new and inexperienced agents to boost their books of business.
Freedom to work independently
Yes go work on your own and don't ask for help.
No one is on the same page. They say over and over the same thing but the right hand isn't in sync with the left.
Pressure to always be working. To run your life to the minuet by your calendar.

Management does not want to hear your opinions nor struggles. They will twist the situation and question back to a problem about you and your methods.
