Support from Management
Executive management is in great flux and their is no room to grow. They need a more stable platform to operate. Outsourcing hundreds of jobs to other Countries
Level of Autonomy
No support from any level of management
Senior management is changing all the time. Their is no clear direction.
I think too much. Diverse individuals are afforded not deserved promotions leaving other less diverse employees scratching their heads. Not a positive place to work.
