I work in the Dallas Service Center, in Life Disbursements. The department is poorly run with a terrible manager. There is not good motivation or direction. I am a top employee and have never had any customer or manager/company complaints, however, it's very frustrating how my manager treats myself and other employees. Some employees get away with things that other employees do not. Complaints don't get addressed or looked in to. Even going to HR gets nowhere. You have to keep production up, which isn't a problem once you learn the job. Training needs some work though. As you mostly learn on your own as you go. The company itself is a good company. Just steer clear of Life Disbursements.
