More focus on changes.many rules that does not benefit every one. In short term. Many changes was not affective.
Team work is not as it should be.

- They need to stop making decisions based on other institutions vision. They should make changes based on they own institution need. Each institutions is unique. Get everyone involved. Too much family members in position is not a diverse group. Embrace every culture and treat every one equal. Listen to all comments and suggestions.
