Suggestions for improvement
- Need to place greater emphasis on employee satisfaction and commitment to being an admired brand.
My new boss knew me for approx 3 weeks and fired me. Claiming a reorganization
I loved the "family" atmosphere. Traveling track to track gets you close to your co-workers.
I don't like the disregard for the seniority the employees earned. Myself as well as many others worked there 30 plus years were let go due to a reorganization. Almost made it to my retirement date by 10 months short. They ruthless when they tire of you.
