Management never follows their own policies or procedures.
Management has created a culture of informants
Freedom to work independently
Management would force you to work 16 plus hours a day.
Management frowns upon line staff interacting and or briefing upper management .
the vast majority of the upper management ladder is white women
Attitude towards older colleagues
Never! the older you are and more time you have working for this agency you are singled out to push you into early retirement quit or be fired.
If you have no sense of right or wrong you have a good chance of promotions.
Overall compensation for your work
As a tr4 I thought the benefits were excellent.
Office / Work Environment
Constant need to watch your back,fear of being charged with false allegations of abuse.
hard to have a life when working 60 to 80 hours a week.
No one that I have ever worked for has ever had any thing good to say! except for the bennifts which have gotten worse under the tr6 program.
The whole secret of this job to survive in this environment! one has train them selves to Always act as if your are infront of a camera or live audience! because that's how close you are monitored
NO I was forced to retire when I injured my back at work!
safety only applies on paper management has no concern for their staff or consumers.
None there is no sense of accomplishment.A good shift is a shift where nothing happens.
