Suggestions for improvement
- Pay attention to units with high turnover and investigate root cause.
Immature and petty. Upper management is spiteful and middle management uses others to get ahead all while ignoring the welfare of the lower ranked employees
Expectations are not realistic as timelines are constricted with every managers hands a project passes through as to impress the previous manager. Goals are vague as upper management does not do its due diligence to vette the exact request or what it entails in regards to man power, cost and time. Most decisions are made without other employees input. Any request for input is to dispaly a false sense of comaraderie
