Suggestions for improvement
- Remove stagnant senior leadership and bring in fresh innovative blood. Promote staff from within and do not let excellent employees leave.
I like about the employer
The only good thing they offer are the benefits. Other than that no much else.
I dislike about the employer
Senior leadership is weak which makes them unable to make decisions. They do not value their employees and do not promote from within unless you are in their inner circle. There is a lot of resentment among staff and morale is low. NYU
