Suggestions for improvement
- Bring an HR representative to the local office. Monitor environment on a local level. There is no check system for the managers.
What I like about the company
The work is exciting and challenging.
What I dislike about the company
The management is lacking experience and knowledge. A lot of things are corporate handled. No HR on-site. They always but the brokers first (contracted employees). They do not match retirement. On the low end of salary because they are always scared of a recession. Per the VP of Operations, "corporate" makes things impossible to get done.
