Support from Management
The company itself is great.
It's the micro management they have. Self serving, deceitful.
Teamwork within the crews are fantastic, we spend as much as twelve hours a day, six days in a row, we're like a family and we look out for each other. But the team work stops at the employee level.
Level of Autonomy
The work load is given by the manager, he takes care of his buddies and gives the rest to the crew, not very fair at all.
