Suggestions for improvement
- Customer Experience should trump everything. Stop talking and provide actionable support to accounts. Office personnel should be supporting accounts not barking daily agendas and orders. Pay employees fairly and treat them with dignity.
I like about the employer
It is NOT their people factor.
It is NOT their green factor.
I dislike about the employer
There is no field support.
The office is overloaded with Chiefs.
The pay scale is uneven for the same positions in different locations.
