Suggestions for improvement
- This company needs to clean house and redecorate the management with seasoned vets that want to see the company do well instead of just themselves, and it could be the leading telecommunications company.
I like about the employer
They pay well. The owners are willing to spend money to become the best.
I dislike about the employer
A lot of management have little or no experience in the tower industry. With that said, those managers spend a lot of time pointing fingers and not taking responsibility for their lack of actions and ability to solve typical issues that arise on job sites, which affects everyone. Also, those same managers don't like to hire or promote anyone with any knowledge or experience because they are in fear of being replaced, so the problem just keeps escalating.
