Suggestions for improvement
- All the company upper management needs to do a one on one interview to the employee to see what is going on inside! fear-based management style of the 1950's, true growth is not possible.
I like about the employer
noting -specially manger who come to the office 2 hours late and go for lunch another 2 hour .
I dislike about the employer
You are expected to work long hours and are treated like dirt. & you'll watch the executives redecorate their offices and go to lavish dinners then find out you're getting a 1% raise.your manager is like a GOD no one can do anyting about manager he /she is 100% protected!
