What I like about the company

The coworkers were the best thing about the company. It was filled with very smart, idealistic people who were trying to make a difference.

What I dislike about the company

Most of the people in leadership and management positions had never had experience in their role before, and it showed.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Don't base every business decision on an Excel model that doesn't take into account diseconomies of scale or the human factor. The world doesn't work according to Excel.

What I dislike about the company

Leadership doesn't listen to or take into account feedback from front-line employees.
