Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of top level executives, and allow those that know how to manage actually do so.
As an employer NexTer Bank has some good managers.
The top, CEO, etc., believe that men are the rightful leaders and will not allow women to have high ranking positions no matter their experience. There is little communication from the top to the workers.
