Again. Leadership plays favorites.
Support from management
Leadership wasn't that great. Favoritism at its best
Coworkers were great for the most part. We were all there to make money and there wasn't too much drama. Just some.
Freedom to work independently
Working in retention, all employees have a similar workload. Keep the customer.
Career opportunities are equal between sexes
Attitude towards older colleagues
there were some older people and they seemed content and treated well.
Definitely NOT a career. a JOB.. to have while looking for a carrer
Overall compensation for your work
compensation is competitive for the work and the geographical area. Not the best pay, but more than min. wage
Office / Work Environment
old computers, smelly workspace, could use a facelift overall.
Work life balance is ok. The longer you are there the more likely your needs will be met.
The image portrayed in the Main Lobby and on the sales floor are like apples and oranges.
job can be terminated at the drop of a hat.
great security guards as the area is a bit sketchy
work is challenging. rules and expectations change very often.

nice people. easy to get employed. learn to deal with customers wanting to cancel services . Retention looks great on a resume.
