It is all about making customers happy - not taking into consideration their employees.
Support from management
Supervisors and Management are focused only on themselves and make the customer happy. They will do whatever it takes to achieve acknowledgment for their own work, not their team.
Teamwork is recommended, but everyone is out for themselves. Too much envy and non-professional behavior to work among a team.
Freedom to work independently
A supervisor will make sure to make it very clear that he/ she is your boss.
Communication is made primarily via email, but not everyone takes the time and responsibility to ready and/or reply to emails.
Unfortunately, women are not given the equal treatment or career opportunities as men are.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Only one department hires older workers, but in general, younger workers are required.
Career Development programs and classes are provided, but to get approval from supervisor to take the class is difficult.
Overall compensation for your work
Unfortunately, due to the wages being provided by the customer, compensation does not match work and responsibilities. Salary and benefits are very simple and do not reflect the best the company can offer.
Office / Work Environment
It is a very hostile environment as there are some people that are immature and not want to engage in team work. When someone is doing a good job, others will try to bring the person down by making false claims and accusations against each other.
Company has great recycling program, which is mainly enforced by the customer.
Due to the work environment, it is usually mandatory to work overtime or weekends. Reason being is to make sure that the customer's requests are made, not taking into consideration employees' personal lives.
I was very proud of my work, responsibilities, and trust I was given from the company.
Unfortunately due to the backlashes from other employees or associates, job is not secure. Again, there is too much envy and false claims made in order to bring someone down from their position.
Company facility is not handicap accessible.
Having a safe work environment and comply with OSHA regulations is priority for the company.
Work was challenging, but able to succeed due to the opportunity to achieve success.

Really isn't the opportunity to give diverse ideas and opinions.
Suggestions for improvement
- Company's management should take the time to not make work priority, instead focus on their employees. They should take the time to make their team work and not push and rush them to get work done.
What I dislike about the company
There is too much envy among employees. There are too many employees that will not focus on their work, instead focus on others and make false comments or claims against others. It is very easy for someone to make a false complain against someone without corrective action being issues to the accuser. There isn't much opportunity for someone to grow within the company.
