Suggestions for improvement
- Improve on new hire training and also in communication
Very fickle management. Turnover too high in management positions. No development.
Little stability in the GM/Supervisor role.
Very few minorities in management.
Owners are great. Good focus on growth. Great support for new facilities.
Directors have a poor eye for talent. Supervisors have no development. General Managers turned over quickly, not supported. Hour associates are underpaid.
