I like about the employer
They recently identified that they were underpaying their employees, based on market data and addressed that.
I dislike about the employer
You are promoted based upon friendships with others in leadership. Even poor performance is rewarded if you find a way into 'the in crowd'. Ideas and feedback are discouraged in action not words. Leadership reacts to negative feedback quickly, but they don't sustain what's implemented to address the negative feedback.
