Suggestions for improvement
- Some of the people who are in certain position need to be removed. Unfortunately you can't always change a persons mindset. Until they get fair and HONEST supervisors and directors it will never change.
What I like about the company
Flexible hours and good rate of pay
What I dislike about the company
Management does not listen to you. They will "hear" you, but they NEVER listen. They are not always organized and they will do whatever they need to do in order to cover their own tracks. Their is no loyalty in this company either. People (really great workers) have worked there for years and they are not loyal to them either. Thats why the turnover rate is so high.
