In support always worked overtime because company would not hire additional skilled employees. Instead they hired unqualified outsources with unintelligible English.
The head office in Israel is putting client needs below the almighty dollar.
Suggestions for improvement
- Start emphasizing quality instead of just profits. WFM is profitable by itself. Take care of the clients & put them first. Profits will follow. Give adequate tools and good treatment to those supporting the product and this will lead to good client relationships. Improve the QA process and don't push R&D so hard to release something you can sell yet is buggy.
