Suggestions for improvement
- Work to define who is responsible for what and stick to it; permanently. This will help level load and start to recognize where certain areas may need more focus through additional personnel or shifts in personnel.
What I like about the company
It was challanging work, that if you perform in, you will be rewarded for the most part.
What I dislike about the company
Erratic leadership and turnover in skill positions. A lot of fires, not a lot of firefighters. Tons of infighting among key groups. Most salary positions lack scope, leading to scope creep across the board; some flounder in this set up, some excel
