There is no trust from the employee level
To the management level. Most employees are unhappy and the exodus has begun at every level. Management hides this by hiring more employees and make them think this is the greatest company around. It's not long before these new employees figure out they are on a sinking ship.
Support from Management
Employees are expected to work large amounts of overtime without compensation (salaried employees) while executive management goes on "leadership retreats" and orders in expensive lunches on a regular basis. This issue starts from the top as the CEO sets unrealistic deadlines and doesn't want to hear about not enough time to get it done. Then they add more projects on top of that.
