- Change in trajectory of performance highly correlated with change in leadership - go back to what Nike does best: innovate.
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
Has lost edge on innovation and constantly seeking excuses for performance. Religious adherence to financial model means innovation has stopped and focus is on cost management. Entrepreneurial edge and decision making in the org is gone. Complete control of decisions in the finance org inhibiting sales and product from doing what they do best.
