While management is very supportive and communicative, the systems they have in place to rate and review employee productivity and progress feel over-developed, like they're attempting to categorize every aspect of how you work.
It sometimes seemed like seniority held sway over contribution to teams or groups. Overheard some unfortunately political discussions between managers about other managers or employees, but hopefully those people aren't around anymore.
