Managed through a culture of fear and intimidation, HR sweeps legitimate complaints under the rug. Have witnessed multiple HIPA violations by Supervisors when it comes to employee attendance, especially if it’s an employee they don’t like. Have witnessed supervisors/management target specific employees by biased enforcement of policy, for common practices among employees & supervisors. What policies apply depends on who you are. Supervisors will take action based on secondhand information.
You never know what is going on, even if leadership has known for some time.
If you’re female, you will experience sexual harassment, and you will receive no support from HR. If you complain, you’ll probably be moved to another area.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The older workers are given priority on everything, if they are Classic Nissan. They get entirely different benefits.
In orientation it is stated that you will plan your life around Nissan. Sounds like any job where you have a schedule, but you will learn quickly that’s not the case
