Attitude towards older colleagues
No appreciation of hard work. Staff just worked out so have high turn over,rate.
Office / Work Environment
Always short staffed or few scheduled to work come very late & management don't care. Residents break fast often late.
Suggestions for improvement
- Honesty in Care of the elderly knowing that all will get there some day. For management to know that "You reap what you sew."
