They only allow a hostile and demeaning atmosphere to ride exits. The atmosphere will grow more hostile if management feels that you are a threat to them and/or their positions.

Management behaves like bullies. Always trying to convince themselves that they are smarter than they truly are.
Management micromanage to the point that it is impossible to perform your job. This directly affects the public they serve.

Employees are only informed of the negative and threatened with reprimand and demotion.

Staff is not encouraged to improve to the point where they can be promoted. Management is big on demotion.

- Immediate assessment of management, especially in Closing Services, and make a serious commitment to restructure and replace Director and Program Manager positions.
