Suggestions for improvement
- More confidence in management.
They only allow a hostile and demeaning atmosphere to ride exits. The atmosphere will grow more hostile if management feels that you are a threat to them and/or their positions.
Management behaves like bullies. Always trying to convince themselves that they are smarter than they truly are.
Management micromanage to the point that it is impossible to perform your job. This directly affects the public they serve.
Communicate with your applicants.
