Support from Management
Leadership is disorganized and prone to snap judgments. Management is new but doesn't want feedback from those who have been there longer.
Suggestions for improvement
- New leadership. Responsible oversight of funding and show more respect to employees. Solicit employee and student feedback.
I like about the employer
There was a decent amount of paid time off.
I dislike about the employer
Pay is low and management is disorganized. Taking initiative is not encouraged and the departmental culture is one of arrogance and entitlement for the upper echelon.
