Management quick to throw employees under the bus. Refuse to listen yo people with more knowledge and common sense. There has been some management change since I left possibly improving this?? I am not trying to speak for the entire company just IT. It went downhill in the 12 years I worked there.
Training may not be consistent through all departments and can stop if you are to old.
